CVS drops the ball on shoveling its sidewalk yet again

By | December 22, 2008

Just sent this to CVS through their Web site:

Getting you folks to shovel the sidewalk next to your parking lot along Foster Street is like pulling teeth every single winter.  It shouldn’t be.  The sidewalk doesn’t move, or change, or grow, or shrink from year to year.  It’s going to be there every winter, which means that you’re going to have to shovel it every winter.  Stop violating Boston city ordinances and insulting your neighbors who have to use that sidewalk on a daily basis.  Shovel the damn sidewalk!

CVS has the biggest bunch of windbags I have ever had the displeasure to do business with. Most are rude, especially the pharmacist’s and their god like arrogance, and treat customerslike crap.(well it is retail pharmacy) I was amazed at the amount of complaints this company has received and the dollars they have spent in settlements for misfilled scripts. and alike. One can only hope with economy crumbling more each day, that this trash heap of a company will fold, and these overpaid pricks will be in the unemployment line where they belong.
