I already filed a complaint with the JCAHO. They asked the hospital for a response to my complaint, accepted the hospital's response as the gospel truth, and closed my complaint as resolved because the hospital said they didn't do anything wrong. As far as I know, the JCAHO didn't bother to either contact my wife's doctor or review her medical records at the hospital to verify the hospital's assertions, just as Tufts didn't bother to do either of these things either. Apparently, hospitals can simply lie about having provided inadequate treatment and there's no one to hold them accountable for it. Ha. I already filed a complaint with the JCAHO.
