		<description>Ha.  I already filed a complaint with the JCAHO.  They asked the hospital for a response to my complaint, accepted the hospital&#039;s response as the gospel truth, and closed my complaint as resolved because the hospital said they didn&#039;t do anything wrong.  As far as I know, the JCAHO didn&#039;t bother to either contact my wife&#039;s doctor or review her medical records at the hospital to verify the hospital&#039;s assertions, just as Tufts didn&#039;t bother to do either of these things either.

Apparently, hospitals can simply lie about having provided inadequate treatment and there&#039;s no one to hold them accountable for it.</description>
