Misinformation and omissions in Science Friday’s COVID coverage endanger people’s health. The program should devote a lot more time to interviewing the experts who have been sounding the alarm about COVID than they do to the “experts” who have been downplaying the pandemic and denying scientific realities.
“Leopoldstadt” is a good but not great play and certainly not one of Tom Stoppard’s better scripts. Standing ovations no longer have any meaning on Broadway. COVID is not over despite the fact that theater audiences want to pretend it is.

It’s a bad study, it doesn’t prove anything about whether it is or isn’t safe to fly, you should stop circulating it, and you should stop and think about the impact that catastrophizing flying is having on COVID being taken seriously (or not) by the public.
