I reported a web site security hole to CVS three different ways. They fixed the hole, but they couldn’t be bothered to acknowledge any of my reports. This is not OK.

The Thunderbird team needs to figure out how to make it possible for extension maintainers to port their extensions to newer Thunderbird versions without a huge amount of effort.
